Your best bet is really to talk to Sahara (they manufacture the PaceBlade right?) and get them to walk you through it.

Typically though you just hook up a CD drive that the machine can boot from, pop the Tablet PC operating system cd that came with your machine (since you can't obtain it anywhere separately) and reboot.

If you don't have the OS, and it really is one of the true tablets that Sahara makes, then you should contact them about getting the OS for the machine as well.
