| Re: Outlook no longer working following exit from domain No, once the profile is blown away, any files associated with that profile are toast. If he can connect to the domain, sync his mailbox and create a new .ost file (not a .pst file), then he can disconnect the network, open Outlook and export the .ost to a .pst.
However, this may not be what the network gods at his place of business desire so proceed at your own risk.

After furious head scratching, Buggrit asked:
| Hi thinks for the quick response.
|
| He removed himself from the domain and then found there was no access
| to his Outlook bits. He called me in and I searched for a PST file
| but found none. He does have a large Outlook Data File which I
| assume is the missing data. I'll call him in asec and get access to
| the machine so I can check what the file extension is.
|
| Given the info above, do you think we can recover his data. I thought
| perhapse reconnecting to the Domain would solve it? would that do
| it???
|
| Thanks again for your help here.
