Question Coalsmith HP

Greetings !

SRSmith purchased HP TC1100 from HP website November 2004. Used in consulting, presentations, training, and travel. Also cool to sit on the back porch with a cool beverage and read the papers via wireless 802.11g.

Installed Office, mozilla, netstumbler, foldershare, and all the anti-badware programs (AVG, Adaware, MSAntispyware, SpybotSD)

Hardware includes MAudio Transit external 24/96 USB sound card for recording, the HP mini optical mouse (cute!) and a Canon BJC-85 mini printer for the road.

I love the small form factor and 3 lb weight, less if keyboard is removed. It gets the 'wow' reaction whenever I use in a meeting or presentation. I saw one in use on The Apprentice show #2; Good enough for The Donald, good enough for me. It's tough, too, but go ahead and get the 3 year all hazard warranty ($250?). I spilled a fresh cup of coffee on the keyboard and poof - part would have been 230 and it's not even a year yet. But I don't worry about using it - Build like a tank.

CURRENT ISSUE: Looking for instructions to install MS Streets and Trips USB with GPS. I set up the tablet to share the CD Drive on the desktop across the wireless network, browsed to setup.exe, and the wizard started, then failed with error box saying "you cannot install over a network unless you first perform an administrative installation. See the readme file on disk". I Googled for "deploy MS ST over a network." Got a hit, get same error. Nothing makes sense about this administrative install, can someone help?
