Vista can't stop you from installing bad drivers that can crash the system.
Also download and learn how to use Debugging Tools for Windows To diagnose
dump files. Also learn how to use the Event log and other tools that are
supplied with Vista. Next get rid of all those registry cleaning tools you
have and Never, NEVER advise someone to run them for a problem. Every time
you run them it is deleting registry entries that should not be deleted. If
you had the card plugged in a unpowered hub it is probably. Some devices
will not work properly plugged in a hub..
