Often, you can change the Regional settings in Windows (e.g. to USA or
UK) and restart to trick media player into showing you appropriate
stores.
I'm not sure if this works if you've installed a localised (malaysian)
version of media player, if one is available.
However, even then, the stores seem to be setup to require a credit
card address in the country the store is localised to (e.g. UK) so you
probably won't be able to purchase anything.
If you must buy DRM infected, restricted distribution music, you could
consider RealNetworks Rhapsody
