A couple questions that I haven't seen addressed regarding full version Office:

1) Does second permission allow install on two portables?

2) If one machine must be a desktop, is install required on that machine
first?

I don't know how much of a machine's info the software can recognize, but we
are considering replacing the dying desktop (which currently has Dell OEM
Office) with a laptop, docking station and additional monitor(s) and keyboard
as peripherals. Want to know what the licensing situation is prior to
committing to this approach.
