outlook.pst, to see if it finds / repairs any err's
Try starting outlook with the safe switch
Start>run
outlook.exe /safe (a space between. exe /)
If still no go; use the mail applet in the control panel to create a new
profile, dont copy old, add the old data file (if scanpst finds no err's)
and the accounts, set to prompt for profile & retest
