Re: Cannot update security update KB938127 for IE7.


Hi PA Bear. Yes this is a new computer made to spec. WinXP SP3 was already
installed along with IE7. whether it was installed before IE7, I'm not sure.
I ran a search in Windows\System32 but no luck. I then ran a search in
Windows itself for VGX.DLL & found two files both the same in the software
Distribution folder & copied this: 7.0.6000.20628. What next? By the way
thanks for your help.
I read earlier messages on this particular update and it was mentioned about
running spuninst.exe to uninstall IE7. Is this not a registry cleaner?
