Did you actually run the two files (Rxxxxxx.exe)?
If not then Windows won't find the drivers as those files are a self
extracting archive which need to be expanded first.
Copy the two files to your hard drive somewhere and then run them - they
should extract their contents to a couple of folders at
C:\Dell\drivers\Rxxxxxx
You can then point the New Hardware wizard at that location to install
the drivers.
To get the correct drivers for your machine, as someone has already
suggested, put in the service tag on the Dell site.
The service tag will be on a label at the back, or on the bottom, of
your machine.
