You have Outlook Express set as the Default Mail Program.

IE - Tools - Internet Options - Programs Tab.
Set email to Outlook2007.

Also first start O/E - Accounts - Proporties for each email account shown.
Uncheck - Check this account automatically. Then you can leave O/E setup
for mail as back up.
