I would like to print my document from OneNote to a 3x5 card. My printer
supports this and I would like to print directly from OneNote, rather than
copying and pasting my a Word document. I used page set-up to change the
on-screen document to 3x5, but it still only prints to standard paper size.
(I knew that was unlikely to work, but I just had to try it.)

Any suggestions?
