| Re: Sound Recorder In Vista Thanks for the reply Inzer. That's exactly what I did. I downloaded
Audacity and am using it instead of MS Sound Recorder but I really liked the
"old" MS Sound Recorder and hoped there was some way of getting it to work in
Vista (with Mpeg layer3). Audacity is good but I REALLY liked the old MS
Sound Recorder. It was a great little program with a lot of sound
compression options. It's sad that MS had to strip it down to almost a
useless program.
