You do not have the same issue as you're running Vista SP1 and the OP's
running WinXP SP3.

If a Windows or IE update were causing the behavior, there'd be thousands of
posts here about it: There aren't.

To avoid confusion, please begin a new thread about your specific problems.
State your IE version and full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP2)
in your first post.
