I am having the exact same issue but with a Vista Ultimate 64-bit system that
I have recently installed Office 2003 on. The solution you suggested did not
help - I still get the EULA every time I open an Office app. I could not
find a way to launch any Office App 'as an admin' although my user account is
set up to be an administrator. Does anyone have any other ideas?
