For some reason what I listed after my Name (P.S. and waht follows) keeps
getting trucated so disregard it, Instead, if you want to look at the Microsoft
site fo to the following address: http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;829072

Although this site says it is for Office 2003 it woeks for 2007 as well.
That which is above my name in my original reply is just a condensed version
and works great.
