No, and its contents would be deleted eventually anyway over time. The
folder only contains the installers for recent updates that have been
installed or that are awaiting install (e.g., IE8). If you delete the
folder's contents and later decide that you want to install IE8, all you
have to do is "unhide" it and the installer will download again.
