Oh well, I don't know what else to suggest.
If it were my machine I'd uninstall Avast, Eraser and 7-Zip and check for the problem.
If I still had problems I'd do a clean install and check. Then update to SP2 and check.
Then install any other programs one at a time.

Hopefully somebody else may have a better idea!
