Hey Dave,
Well, it would appear, again, I have to turn on DEP for All, and
exclude, explorer.exe from the list, otherwise, is makes no differences,
and Linkman pro for IE, must be shut off.
Then it will work fine. ( this started ONLY ) when updating to service
pack 2. for vista.
