Compaq has indeed ported WM2003 to the iPAQ 3700 series. They, however, have
never released it to the public. He (she) may have this (internal, beta)
version.

Nevertheless, there's no WM2003SE or WM5+ for the 37xx series - not even an
internal or a cooked one.
