Agreeing with Terry, there is a FAQ at

Q: Will I get 32-bit or 64-bit discs?

A: You’ll get both. Windows 7 Home Premium and Professional packaged
products include both 32- and 64-bit discs.

One of the other questions includes the link to the upgrade adviser.
