I don't mess around with the DEP settings, mine is set to ' Essential Windows
programs and services only '. I'm assuming that's the default (Windows 7).
Looking at your list it seems you have four items listed as type 'Context Menu' :
Nvidia Control Panel
7-Zip
Avast
Eraser
I would try disabling all four, rebooting and see if it fixes your problem.
If it does, re-enable one at a time, reboot and check.
