It is correct that OWA is not suited to PDA use, but it should still
be possible. I would suggest checking the properties of your ExchWeb
Virtual Directory in IIS Manager. Look at the Directory Security
page, and make sure that Anonymous Access is enabled. It sounds like
the user is being asked to authenticate each time a supporting file
(like an image or an included script) is requested.
