When you use ShellExView try sorting out the non-Microsoft entries to see if that helps.
Run ShellExView, find the ' Microsoft ' column and click the header to sort non-Microsoft
entries to the top. They should be high-lighted in pink.
Try disabling the high-lighted ones marked ' Context Menu ' in the Type column and rebooting
to try and narrow it down.
