I didn't say ALL; but most of these devices use one of a small number of
chips and, in fact, many of them are identical. My comments can only be
strictly construed to apply to the Hauppauge 950Q. But the specs for
many (MANY; not ALL) other devices are similar and, as I noted, many of
them use the same chip(s) inside.
