Hi Clay! I have heard this before. Although I have two 702s and three
701s. And they all run the CPU at 132°F most of the time. This isn't hot
to me and on the cool side compared to other laptops.

The keyboard gets luke warm. But the Celeron models uses the keyboard as
a heatsink. Thus a clever way of saving space and weight. And they only
use 10 watts of power, so they can't really create that much heat
anyway. And with the eeectl utility, you can control the fan speed. And
if you crank it up a bit, then it gets really cool.
