Screw MS! When we first saw this happening shortly after WinXP SP3 was
released, MS said they couldn't reproduce the behavior and so weren't about
to fix it. A few MVPs you know, working as a team, finally figured out the
Usual Suspects you've seen us refer to, Leonard.
