Do you have two, separate instances of Windows installed, one on your C:
drive and one on your E: drive?

If not, did you intentionally change the location of your Temporary Internet
Files folder from the default location (i.e., from C:\Documents and
Settings\Mike\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files to E:\Documents and
Settings\Mike\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files)?
