Hi Katriel,

Go to PowerPoint Options|Advanced > 'When prting this document', click 'use the following print settings' and choose 'Grayscale'
from the color/grayscale dropdown. Then your printer won't have to worry about grayscale conversion or flattening the image (which
you'd need a PDF editor for).
