Concerning the TC1100 and a quote from HP.COM regarding sp28427.exe or

The above means you will not see the "Headset/Hands Free" profile on your
PPC/phone
unless you are using the latest bluetooth driver (3.0) on the TC1100.

Today I tried it for the first time myself found out it is called "Phone
Monitor."

For some reason the first time I tried it nothing worked right. Sound still
came from the phone instead of the TC1100.

The second time the microphone on the TC1100 worked properly but I couldn't
hear anything from the phone or the TC1100.

The third time I tried it everything worked just like normal speaker phone
and the "Phone Monitor" still works properly after a reboot of the TC1100.

YMMV
