When confronted as a tax cheat for burning waste oil, here in South
Carolina, my statement is alwasy the same. "I pay all taxes due on every
gallon of diesel fuel and waste cooking oil I use." This is true. There
is no tax in the USA or in the state of SC on waste oil being used for
propulsion. It's not worth their while to chase after us.....yet.....maybe
some day.
