I am running the Windows 7 release candidate (build 7100) on my 8
month old HP DV5 1000us notebook (for reasons I won't go into) and
have had no problems. One driver, for the HP Officejet 4200 series
printer, was not available in the build but the OS automatically
searched online for the driver when I tried to add the printer, and
found and installed it in about 2 minutes.
