That's one use scenario behind Shared Notebooks.

As long as the Notebooks that you want to access are available from both
accounts, you should have no problem. Store them in a central location
outside of each account's "My Documents" folder (which is where they will
be placed by default). You will have to separately open up each Notebook
under each account, but the content will be synced and remain identical
when accessed from either account.
