Are you running Exchange in conjunction with Outlook? This can happen with
that combination or if you haven't archived your Outlook files in a long
time. You may be bumping up against a 2 GB barrier on your .pst file
itself.

One way you could verify this is to shut down Outlook, then immediately
check with a Ctrl-Alt-Del to see if Outlook is still running, and if it is,
kill it in Windows Task Manager, turn shut down your system and see if your
get the WMS error message.
