I just solved this problem myself, so easy **** it! just save any picture into your Personal Folder and windows creates the default My Pictures folder automatically. Then copy/paste the folder to your Links folder as a shortcut, on the shortcut go to properties and Target it to the location of the My Pictures folder. After you done this the link on the star menu that says Pictures should work.
