Well thanks for the input..

as for the Blue screen, in the middle of the many times I have to reboot, it does appear once or twice, one time it was not even able to dump to 100% last time and froze in the middle of it lol,

Another blue screen I had time to read once before it rebooted for it was the "IRQL not less or equal ERROR" but I believe it is a different issue and it happens rarely.

I will eventually go for warranty ...again...if by tonight it continues to be a problem.
