I'm out of suggestions unfortunately. The most common causes for this
problem are the items you are already checking out. You might want to post
more about this in the regular winxp newsgroups (microsoft.public.winxp.*)
since you're dealing with a Windows XP problem that crops in all versions,
not just the Tablet Edition. Maybe someone over there will be able to
suggest something you haven't tried already.
