If the machine doesn't come with Windows XP Pro as the operating system, and
run the Tablet PC Edition superset software enabling digital Ink, it is not
a Tablet PC. Since the machine you're asking about furnishes only a
touchscreen, and doesn't use a digital recognizer, you cannot rest your hand
on the screen.
