Hi, my partner's ps2 keyboard has ceased to be recognized by Windows xp.
There is no listing for keyboard in the device manager & clicking on the
keyboard icon in control panel results in no options being listed.
We thought that we could reinstal Windows xp & problem would be solved but
obviously, we can't input the windows product key.
I have tried my keyboard but still no joy.
We know power is going through the keyboard as the lights flicker when
rebooting.
