For the original poster, I missed if you mentioned the tablet you're on.

If you have a Toshiba, it comes installed with an additional tablet program
that does this.

Sensiva or something like that - Don't remember the exact name because I
don't have it on mine since I built my image clean.

Look in your tray and there should be an icon with an S looking graphic - you
can temporarily disable it and see if you get your right click funcionality
back. That's why I removed it - I couldn't deal with what it did by default
every time I wanted a simple right click and drag.
