I recently purchased a Samsung Blackjack through Cingular. I can play all
file types that have been synchronized with my desktop PC. However, when I
try to play Windows Media.wav file from an email/attachment, I receive an
alert message: "An unknown error 0X80004001 has occurred." How can I resolve
this issue? I have Windows Media Player 10 Mobile, Version 10.3 Build 15100.
Any help someone can provide to resolve my issue would be greatly
appreciated.
