I am using the virtual desktop manager found on the xp power toys page:

When I am running excel and switch desktops, it messes up excel and makes
all of the menus disappear and they won't come back. The only way to make
them come back is to close excel and restart it. Has anyone else had this
problem? Is there a fix?
