Do not mistake tablet PC for high-end graphic tool like Cintiq...

Think about it a little; why Wacom cannot offer just a display for price
lower then complete laptop computer?

Anyway, I sugest you TRY to work some time on some tablet PC first then
compare to Cintiq...
