Microsoft Office 2003 contains Excel. This version of Excel is not as well integrated with pen capabilities as some of the other programs but it does give you a place to start. As a minimum, you are able to use the TIP and input data. It is also easy to scroll large spreadsheets with the wrist.

FWIW: Bill Lynch originated At-Hand Spreadsheet (for PenPoint) and later worked on Excel with Microsoft to add features.
