Ntbackup is not installed by default in XP Home. Look on the installation
CD in the \MSFT\ValueADD\Ntbackup folder. It's called ntbackup.msi or
download it from here:

Ntbackup is not a disk imaging program. It has an Automated System Recovery
feature (ASR) but that is only available in XP Pro, not Home, and is very
awkward to use anyway. You are much better off using something like Acronis
True Image.
