Is it only ON? Does cut & paste of images work with Word?

Is it only images in browsers? Can you cut an image from a Word document
and paste into ON?

Also, try IE + Send to OneNote without add-ons:
Start-Programs-Accessories-System Tools-Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)
