The TabletPC of XP never was sold seperately.
It only came bundled with hardware.

So you have to contact the manufacturer of your model (which one??)
Some provide the CDs for a nominal fee (f.e. does HP), others dont
deliver the CDs anymore.

An alternative woild be ti install Vista which has verything built-in
(except the manufacturer's specific drivers).
