Microsoft has certainly done the research on languages, Daniel, but I
haven't heard a word about Russian. Since it takes years to develop an
individual language, they may be working on it now, but I don't know. I
would suggest, though, that you submit the request via the Product Feedback
page at Microsoft, so the Tablet Team will have the direct input:
