Yeah here too none of these things worked. I worked all day trying to find a solution.

Finally I ran the "Microsoft Office Diagnostics" located in the "Start Menu/All Programs/Microsoft Office/Microsoft Office Tools/Microsoft Office Diagnostics". It found one problem and fixed it. Tested using the "File" "Send" option in Excel and Word and no more error message. That finally fixed it.

By the way the user's that I support that are having this issue are running Windows XP SP2 with Office 2007 Pro Plus.
