Thanks for your reply John.
In MSCONFIG->Services tab, i dont find this "wacompen"
also in services i don find this option.
there is something called "tablet PC service pen" and "Tabletservice pen"
both are automatic...

can you please help me john?
i can send the screenshots if you need, through mail, if you give your mail id
