At startup a message pops up that says something about "Some tasks did not
execute at their scheduled times because the Task Scheduler Service was not
running." So far I have been unable to find anything that allows me to turn
the Task Scheduler on or off and what I have been able to find in Help about
this issue is of little help. Just a point of curiosity from a charter member
of the tech challenged community... if MS felt the issue of whether the Task
Scheduler was on or off deserved a popup, wouldn't it stand to reason that
Help would contain info addressing how to turn the Task Scheduler on or off?
Would anyone have any idea about what may be going on and whether or not this
issue needs attention? All ideas, comments, and suggestions will be greatly
appreciated. Thanks, K.
